My PhD at the National University of Singapore focuses on long-read transcriptomics. Before that I worked on single-cell transcriptomics and statistical genetics, along with a fair amount of applied survey statistics at ISI, which is on the Coursework page.

Semi-supervised annotation approaches for scRNA-seq data
Addressing the reliability, robustness and interpretability of single-cell RNA-seq annotation pipelines with semi-supervised learning. The resulting package, scAICME, performs adaptive marker-guided annotation on top of the scverse ecosystem and extends to spatial transcriptomics, and the manuscript, "scAICME: Adaptive Marker-Guided Annotation of Single-Cell RNA-seq with Applications to Spatial Transcriptomics", is in preparation.
