I reported and fixed a bug in S4Vectors, part of the core Bioconductor infrastructure, where compar4_stable() ignored its fourth key, so quad matching silently dropped elements that shared their first three keys.

Two fixes to the self-hosted PDF toolkit, one making the multi-tool advert respect SYSTEM_ROOTURIPATH for sub-path deployments and the other zero-padding numeric suffixes on archived split files so that they sort correctly.
